At Zay Craft, your satisfaction is our priority. We are very conscious of your order details, and every product undergoes three quality checks before shipment. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our clear return and refund policy.

Returns

You are welcome to return the goods within 30 days if the wrong or damaged items are sent to you. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note, return postage costs to our factory, including all kinds of customs and taxes, will be paid by the buyer.

Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned. These include:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  • Gift cards.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please email our customer service at info@zaycraft.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  3. Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund within 5 business days.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment or apply a mutually agreed decision. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund within the stated time frame, first check with your bank or credit card company.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@zaycraft.com within 30 days of receiving the product.

Shipment Responsibility

Zay Craft is not responsible for any damage or loss of shipment. Any claim will be entertained according to the invoice value if it is less than US $100, or a maximum of US $100 will be applied.
